On October 24 and 25, the TU Ilmenau will host inova2023 - Thuringia's largest career fair. For two days, students and companies will meet: Students have the chance to get an entry-level opportunity at a company and companies, in turn, meet students from a wide range of disciplines as potential interns or employees. The inova2023 is not only open to students and graduates of the TU Ilmenau, but also to those of the other Thuringian universities. The entire range of companies is also represented: from small firms to medium-sized companies to large corporations.
The inova2023 is a perfect forum for companies and students to get to know each other. On the two days of the fair, students and graduates can find out about internship and job opportunities from more than 180 companies from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Campus Sports Hall at TU Ilmenau, Ehrenbergstraße 51. For both, companies and students, a win-win situation: the companies find highly qualified interns, trainees and employees and the students get an entry into exclusive companies: with an internship, a thesis or even a first job.
With the inova app and the digital stand map, visitors can find their way around the exhibition hall. They can obtain information in the trade fair catalog and students and graduates can find open job offers here, as well as at the digital JOB.wall in the hall. Those who made up their minds early had the opportunity to apply for job offers in the run-up to the fair and can now, at the fair, already conduct the interview. For 28 years, the inovailmenau has been planned, organized and carried out by the student SWING association at the TU Ilmenau. 1994 byStudents of industrial engineering and business informatics founded the SWING Association in 1994. Today, students from a wide range of disciplines volunteer their time to help students of the TU Ilmenau start their careers with the inova fair and other projects.
