Looking for student assistant at Ilmkubator!

The Ilmkubator is the Start-up Service of the TU Ilmenau and is located in the Research Service and Technology Transfer Department. We support students and scientists on their way to professional independence.

In addition to start-up advice, our services also include coaching, qualification and teaching offers, networking events, contact mediation and advice on funding opportunities.

For support in the areas of design,events andentrepreneurship education we are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) for 20-25h/month.

The following tasks are waiting for you:

• Support in the area of Entrepreneurship Education
• Creation of communication materials for internal and external target groups (digital and print)
• Co-design of a start-up exhibition in the Finnhütten on the Fischerhütten premises
• Organization, implementation and documentation of workshops and events

You work in a team with other student assistants and are in constant contact with the Ilmkubator staff.

What you bring with you:

• An eye for design and good layout as well as compliance with design standards in various media. Media
• Very good knowledge and experience with Adobe Cloud products, especially InDesign (or comparable applications)
• Enjoy planning, designing, and executing events
• Strong communication skills, high level of motivation and initiative
• Very high reliability and organizational skills
• Desirable are:
  • Interest in the topic of founding and the Thuringian start-up scene
  • Experience with TYPO3 and Moodle

Careful and structured way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility are required. You will get to know innovative ideas and the Ilmenau and Thuringia start-up scene and can help shape it.

The position is initially limited to 3 months, an extension is possible. The employment is based on the rates set at the TU Ilmenau for student assistants.
