New publication in the M&K special issue "Telegram in the political public sphere"

Together with Pablo Jost, Annett Heft, Kilian Bühling, Heidi Schulze and Hendrik Bitzmann, Emese Domahidi and Maximilian Zehring have published an article on actor classification on Telegram. In their article Mapping a Dark Space: Challenges in Sampling and Classifying Non-Institutionalized Actors on Telegram, the authors show the problems and challenges involved in systematically defining, selecting, sampling, and classifying relevant actors and content on Telegram.
