The Rowena Morse Mentoring Program is entering its sixth round - and this time our colleague Miriam Bernhard is taking part as a mentee! The program is aimed at young female scientists and artists from Thuringia who are in the final phase of their doctorate as well as postdocs. The mentees are offered great networking opportunities in the form of peer mentoring as well as workshops for further training and individual advice in group mentoring sessions. The kick-off event for the 6th cohort took place on November 16, 2023, at which a total of 16 new mentees from various Thuringian universities were accepted.
We are very happy for our colleague Miriam Bernhard and wish her many valuable and inspiring experiences!
