Virtual trial days for prospective students

Despite Corona times, prospective students can gain a realistic insight into the everyday life of students at the Ilmenau University of Technology during the early Thuringian winter holidays: From 25 to 31 January 2021, lectures will be offered in digital online formats.Students will not only be able to attend live lectures, but also access a wide variety of other digital content. Due to the current pandemic situation, this year's taster study days at TU Ilmenau cannot take place on site in the lecture halls and on campus as usual. However, since numerous students have expressed the wish to experience real lectures anyway, the university is offering its taster study days virtually this year. Lectures will be offered from the fields of engineering, natural sciences, media and economics, i.e. from the entire spectrum of subjects at the university. The students will thus experience first-hand how digital teaching is currently lived at TU Ilmenau and what everyday study life is like.
