Prof. Löffelholz explained new research findings to the expert panel of the Federal Office for Radiation Protection
At the panel, Prof. Martin Löffelholz presented key results of a representative survey on the challenges and perspectives of municipal crisis communication on October 9, 2023 in Munich.
The survey was conducted by the Department of Media Studies as part of the MIRKKOMM consortium, which focuses on multimodal risk and crisis communication (www.mirkkomm.de). In addition to Martin Löffelholz as project lead, Kathrin Schleicher and Johanna Radechovsky are involved in the study as research associates.
In the expert meeting held by the Federal Office for Radiation Protection, scientists and about 80 representatives of government agencies discussed current challenges and future research topics in the analysis of governmental risk and crisis communication.
