Materials Science and Engineering

Uwe Soldner has studied at the TU Ilmenau electrical engineering and materials from 1989 to 1995. Today he is plant engineer at the chemical company IFF in Bormitz. IFF produces fragrances and flavors for the cosmetics and food industries. As a plant engineer, he is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a chemical plant.
