Sections and Upload fields

The following list includes all sections of the application with their fields for uploading documents. Depending on the applicant's individuality, not all sections need to be included in every application.

Application with certificates from foreign educational institutions

  • INT * : mandatory upload
  • INT : free upload

Application with certificates from German educational institutions

  • GER * : mandatory upload
  • GER : free upload

Status notes

If the Admission Office finds in an application that has already been submitted documents that cannot be evaluated, it informs the applicant by means of a status note directly on the application.

The status note identifies

  • the relevant upload field of the document

  • the action expected from the applicant

    Please upload your Curriculum vitae completely, without gaps and chronologically to the present day.

Section : Documents Admission letter

This section is always displayed.

It is to be filled in only if you already have an admission valid for the current application period.

Section : Documents A-level and person

This section is always displayed.

It must be completed in any case.

Section : Documents Study with degree

This section is only displayed if the question about study history is answered with "Yes, study with degree".

It is only to be completed if you have already successfully completed studies at another university.

Section : Documents Study without degree

This section is only displayed if the question about your study history is answered with "Yes, study without degree".

It is only to be completed if you have already dropped out of studies at another university.

Section : Documents Language skills

This section is only displayed if the Admission Office requires a language certificate.

It must be completed in all cases.

Section : Documents Motivation letter

This section is only displayed if the admission office requires a letter of motivation.

This can be either a mandatory or a free upload, depending on the program of study of the application request.

Section : Documents Payment administrative fee

This section is only displayed if the Admission Office requires payment of an administrative fee.

It must be completed if you are in possession of a uni-assist report.
