FAQ - ASC

The ASC is an office space with IT workstations provided by the university on the second floor of the Mensa on the campus of the TU Ilmenau. It is operated by the Department Academic Service Center.

Internal and external providers of study-related services offer personal consultation hours at the workstations on various days of the week for a limited period of time.

Depending on the ability, internal and external service providers offer temporary personal consultation hours at the workplaces in the ASC on different days of the week. Please refer to the following overview for current information.

In principle, all service providers can be reached during their office hours in the ASC without prior appointment.

Only when visiting the Ilm-Kreis Immigration authorities at the ASC it is necessary to book an appointment in advance.
