Mailing lists

  • Mailing lists offer the ability of sending targeted information to specific groups via email.

    An email addressed to the mailing list is distributed to all subscribers on the list once it has been approved by the list moderator.
  • Conditions

    Emails sent to a mailing list address will be excluded from distribution without consultation with the sender if the sender fails to comply with the following conditions.

  • Purpose of the list

    - Invitations to take part in surveys or group discussions as part of projects or course-related research carried out at German universities

    - Recruiting student volunteers (unpaid) for study projects being carried out at the TUIL 

    - Announcing dates and events designed to support students at the TUIL in planning and organising their studies
  • Further requirements

    - Details of a contact person (at least an email address), as well as degree programme or Department

    - maximum file size of 0.5 megabytes per email

    - email text in German and / or English
