Economic Theory Group on International Conference

Competition, Sustainability, and Enforcement

Annika Stöhr and Oliver Budzinski from the Economic Theory Group of Technische Universität Ilmenau participated in the 8th annual conference of the French Association for Law and Economics in Nice, France. They presented their common research on “Competition and Sustainable Development Goals – What Role for Competition Law and Policy?”. Oliver Budzinski additionally co-authored the paper on “Ex-ante versus Ex-post in Competition Law Enforcement Blurred Boundaries: What Economic Rationale?” presented by Frédéric Marty (and further co-authored by Patrice Bougette; both Université de Côte d’Azur). The conference brought together scholars from France and many further countries to discuss current research topics in law and economics and share newest research insights.
