On 27.11.24 the paper “Considering the Direction of Innovation in EU Merger Control” by Jun.-Prof. Dr. Juliane Mendelsohn and Lukas Breide was published in the “Journal of Responsible Innovation”. The paper deals with the question of whether and to what extent competition authorities should make efforts to consider, direct and initiate innovation aspects in merger control.
