Mr. Pantleon first completed an apprenticeship as a surface coater, which he completed as the best in the state of Baden-Württemberg at the IHK in 2018, and then went on to complete further training as a state-certified technician specializing in electroplating technology. This was followed in 2024 by a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Surfaces at the FH Südwestfalen Iserlohn and, since the summer semester of 2024, a Master's degree at the TU Ilmenau. Mr. Pantleon thus shows an extraordinary interest and great passion in the field of electroplating technology.

The ZVO (Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik e.V.) has been awarding up to three scholarships for the Master's degree course in Electrochemistry and Electroplating at TU Ilmenau every year since 2018. The scholarship amounts to 400 euros per month and is therefore better endowed than the Germany Scholarship.
