Workshop: ‘Living Glass Surfaces XIII’

To honour Prof. Edda Rädlein’s 66th birthday, we cordially invite you to the 13th “Living Glass Surfaces” workshop in Ilmenau from 21 to 22 September 2026. Following in the footsteps of her research, we will explore together what the future has in store. We will look at and beneath the surface to reveal the solutions that current glass research offers for upcoming challenges in energy and medical technology, optoelectronics, sensor technology, packaging and the circular economy.

Registration is open via Converia until 7 September 2026. 

Please note: The presentations will be in German. If necessary, translation can be provided on the fly during discussions.
