The legendary Rennsteiglauf will be held for the 50th time this year - thousands of people will take on the beautiful courses in the Thuringian Forest on May 13 in the half marathon, marathon and super marathon! Since studying is more about learning than running, we would like to recognize especially persevering library users. During the period from May 13 to June 24, you can earn points for your library activities. As soon as you have completed one of the three "learning distances" (21 learning kilometers, 42 learning kilometers, 75 learning kilometers), you can either hand in your distance card or try to reach the next stage as well.
POINTS are awarded for:
- Borrowing books, accessories (cables, mice, baskets...) - 1 Point
- Use of a group study room (GAR1, GAR2 or GAR+) - 1 Point
- Participation in a Coffee Lecture Deluxe - 2 Points
- Booking of a Book-a-Librarian appointment - 2 Points
Route maps are available at the counter, and you can also get your activities stamped there. The three fastest times on the respective "learning distances" will receive an honorary prize, the first five a certificate.
The distance cards will be available at the counter from 13.5., the stamped cards must be handed in at the UB by 27.06. at the latest. The award ceremony will take place during the Ilmenau Science Night. The winners and runners-up will be informed by mail on 28.06.
