Virtual university information day for bachelor, master and diploma studies

The Ilmenau University of Technology will hold its second virtual university information day on April 24, 2021 under the motto HIT@Home. Experience the campus of the TU Ilmenau in your living room once again!

In our Program for the HIT@Home you will get a first overview and some basic information about the TU Ilmenau, our study programs, the diverse student life and our campus. During the question and answer sessions after the lectures and in the One-to-one interviews you can ask questions directly to our student advisors and the representatives of the faculties and institutions of the university.

In order for you to get to know the university and the city of Ilmenau better, we have created some Videos of the TU Ilmenau and the city of Ilmenau.

In addition, we have collected further Information about the study programs and what else there is to know about the TU Ilmenau and life as a student, here for you. In addition, you can inform yourself with the recording of our Livestreams 2020about the campus and the study opportunities at the TU Ilmenau.

  • For privacy reasons, please do not use a real name when registering, an abbreviation is sufficient.
  • You have to enter your email address. However, this is only necessary for the WebEx registration and is not visible in the webinar.
  • Please turn off your microphone and camera before entering the webinar.
  • Do not turn on your microphone unless you are asked to do so by the presenter or moderator.
  • Try to ensure a low-noise atmosphere. (Keep in mind that with an open microphone, all background noise from your location will be transmitted to all other participants).
  • Use the chat to ask your questions. You can make the chat visible by clicking on the chat icon on the right side of their screen.
  • The presenter will give a brief input, discuss background and context, and answer questions from the chat.
  • Behave politely and considerately, just as if you were talking to the other person in person. Of course, discriminatory, sexist and racist questions and comments will not be tolerated.
