Select Find Timetable in the navigation bar.

Select a list type. Selecting the list type defines the view of the data in the cloud. The focus is either a student set, a staff member, a module or a location.

The student sets, stuff members or modules already found with the definition of the list type can be further restricted by defining the department and the locations found by defining the zone.

Additionally or alternatively, the search can be restricted by entering a search string.

Finally select from the entries found, depending on the list type

• the student set,
• stuff member,
• module or
• location

you are interested in.

Select the activities you are interested in from the search results found with your search criteria. The found activities are presented with the name of the module and the date of the first offer in the semester.

Please note that the courses and exams of the previous semester are also stored in the cloud and can therefore be found.

Exams of the current semester are only drafts until a deadline is reached.

Finally, click on the Preview button.

You will see a preview of the timetable you have compiled.

Finally, click on the Save timetable button.

You have the ability to subscribe to the activities of your timetable in a personal electronic calendar.

Finally, click on the Subscribe to timetable button.
