Deciding on a visa

The following visas allow foreign students to enter Germany. The legal basis for this is, among other things, the Residence Act (AufenthG).

   

Residence permit

After receiving the admission to study, the residence permit for the purpose of applying to study can be changed into a residence permit for the purpose of studying at the competent immigration authorities office.
