The usability laboratories run by the Human-Centred Systems Group enable user studies to be carried out in a variety of real-world usage scenarios. Through interviews, focus groups and usability tests, users’ needs can be identified and the user-friendliness of interactive systems optimised. The laboratories are located in the Kirchhoffbau.
