THInKI " Thuringian University Initiative for AI in Studies". is a joint project of the Technical University of Ilmenau and the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena. The four-year BMBF project (2021 - 2025) represents an important building block in the development and Further development of Thuringia's AI competencies in higher education. The goal of the project is the creation or further development of teaching materials in the field of artificial intelligence for various disciplines. In addition to the creation and further development of teaching material, a certificate program will give students and graduates from all fields of study the opportunity to gain competencies in the field of artificial intelligence. The ZIB supports the project team in the analysis of requirements, certificate creation as well as consulting and further training of the teaching staff.
