Brief description
The course Operational Controlling deals with concepts of operative, cost-oriented management of companies, such as target costing, activity-based costing, break-even analysis, variance analysis and price limit determination.
Long description
The course Operative Controlling teaches the basics of operational, cost-oriented management of companies. In addition to the basics of corporate management, a wide range of operational instruments such as target costing, activity-based costing, break-even analysis, variance analysis and price limit determination are examined using concrete case studies.

The attendance events usually take place in seminar hotels in Erfurt and cover a total of 2 days. The participation fee is 1,300.00 EUR net per participant (1547.00 EUR gross) without accommodation costs. Discounts within a course for several participants of the same company are possible.
