Around the globe, there are countless projects and ideas for tackling the climate crisis, using resources more consciously and making the world a more sustainable and fairer place. There are people everywhere who not only want a future worth living in, but are standing up for it. We need to learn more from each other, know about each other and act together.
The festival is dedicated to the core themes
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals provide the framework for the Misereor Future Festival NOW! These goals serve as a universal roadmap for tackling global challenges together. We present concrete measures aimed at improving social, economic and environmental impacts.
On the grounds of the creative cultural mile "Erfurter Zughafen", the festival offers an expo, an arena and a workshop.
In the evenings, we celebrate the future with a party - with hip DJs, bands and culinary ideas of tomorrow. The festival aims to inspire and encourage people to help shape the future themselves. Because everyone can do something - on a large and small scale.
