Silicon meets Ceramics - 2nd Status Workshop Growth Core HIPS 2021

In the context of the 2nd status workshop of the growth core "High Performance Sensors - HIPS", the alliance partners will report on the current status of the project work. In addition, an overview will be given of the current state of research and development in high-performance sensor technology, multilayer ceramic technology and Si-based packaging technology.

The 2nd status workshop will take place on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 9:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm. It will be organized as an online-only event by the TU Ilmenau. Guests and interested parties are welcome!
