Participation at the 10th World Open Innovation Conference (WOIC)

Participation of TU Ilmenau at the World Open Innovation Conference in Bilbao, Spain (9.-10. November 2023)

At this year's 10th World Open Innovation Conference (WOIC), organized by the Innovation, Technology, Entrepreneurship & Marketing (ITEM) Group at TU Eindhoven under the direction of Marcel Bogers, the field of Innovation Management was represented by two contributions from doctoral candidates Felipa Carrara and Jannik Hahn. WOIC was founded in 2014 by Henry Chesbrough, from the Garwood Center for Corporate Innovation at the University of California, Berkeley.

The following contributions were presented and discussed:

  • Collaborative-minded pursuit of profit to reach circular economy (CE). Open innovation in ecosystems to create circular values collectively (Felipa Carrara (TU Ilmenau), Elena Freisinger (TU Ilmenau),  Tobias Gutmann (EBS University))
  • Advancing Research on Digital Creativity – A Systematic Analysis of Current Findings and a Future Research Agenda (Jannik Hahn (TU Ilmenau),  Elena Freisinger (TU Ilmenau))
