The 39th Colloquium of the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS) will take place this year in Cagliari.

The Management/Organization Group will be represented with two papers at this leading European conference in the field of organization:

  • Free from the corporate corset - repatterning routines within new boundaries after a management buyout, Sub-theme 70: Routines Dynamics: Enacting and Crossing Boundaries, Norbert Bach, Viktoria Mayr, Matthias Orth
  • Individual coping strategies of role changes in the context of new forms of organizing, Sub-theme 43: Imagining Roles in New Forms of Strategizing and Organizing, Viktoria Mayr
