Participation at EGOS 2023 in Cagliari

The Management/Organization research group presented two papers at the EGOS conference in Cagliary, Italy (July 6-8, 2023).

Prof. Norbert Bach and Viktoria Mayr represented the research group with two papers at the 39th EGOS Colloquium in Cagliari, Italy from July 6-8, 2023. During three days contributions were discussed and two own peer-reviewed papers were presented:

  • Routine dynamics across temporal boundaries - Crafting the future during an MBO. Sub-theme 70: Routines Dynamics: Enacting and Crossing Boundaries, Norbert Bach, Peter Galvin, Viktoria Mayr
  • Managing multiple roles in the context of new forms of organizing. Sub-theme 43: Imagining Roles in New Forms of Strategizing and Organizing, Viktoria Mayr
