The 48th workshop of the Scientific Commission on Organization took place from 6 - 8 March 2024 as part of the annual scientific conference of the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB). In this format, organizational scholars from German-speaking countries meet annually, present papers and work together on ideas.
The Management/Organization group was represented by Prof. Oertel and Harry Hoffmann and presented a project outline following a successful double-blind review:
