Mindful Painting – let go of everything
The aim of the offer is to recover from everyday life in a relaxed atmosphere and to promote your creativity. Please do not worry about your painting talent. Just give it a try. This workshop is about getting in touch with yourself and not about doing it perfectly. We will paint, write, talk, share our findings and enjoy the process together. After the meeting, you will receive a checklist with useful information about mindfulness, feelings and emotions.
