The basic module comprises a total of 80 working units (WU), which you can achieve mainly in workshops and seminars on the above-mentioned spheres of interest. The certificates of attendance of the further training events you have attended are proof that you have completed the required units.

Module 2 is primarily about reflecting and establishing the new knowledge and skills gained in Module 1 in your own work, but also about actively exchanging this knowledge and skills with your colleagues. You bring two different formats to Module 2, each with 5 units. Creditable are e.g.

use of career counselling

participation in a collegial counselling

collegial teaching visit

The examples given are not exhaustive. You are also welcome to contribute your own ideas. Proof that you have completed the required units is the reflection form for Module 2, which you complete independently and then submit to the Graduate Center.

Module 3 is about applying what you have learned to your everyday work. Here, too, you have the choice between different formats. You bring two of them with 15 units each into the module. The formats are based on your practical work. Creditable formats would be e.g:

a talk at a conference

a poster

an article

the supervision of a student thesis

giving a lecture

The units are to be accounted for via the reflection form for Module 3, which you complete independently and then submit to the Graduate Center.
