Career development Meetings

You don't really know which path you want to take after your doctorate? We understand that well, as there are countless possibilities for how and in which field you can start your career. There are also different prerequisites for each career path, which you should bring with you if possible. Do you want to leave nothing to chance and plan your career with foresight? Then we will be happy to support you with our career development meetings.

These are offered by the Graduate Center and are aimed at you as a young scientist at the TU Ilmenau. Together, we will assess your individual interests and competencies, formulate your values with regard to your profession, and define personal goals and their implementation possibilities.

In an initial interview, we clarify your wishes and expectations and agree on the content and form of the collaboration. Depending on your concerns, you may need three to five sessions.
