Yu, Jingyuan

Dr. Jingyuan Yu received his PhD from the Department of Social Psychology, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (February 2021). He obtained his master's degree in social communication from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2017). His research focuses on computational communication science and communication psychology research, with a particular interest in text mining and social network analysis. Since July 2021, he is doing postdoctoral research at TU Ilmenau and will be part of the DFG-funded project "Deciphering the pandemic public sphere: Government communication, (social) media discourses on and citizens' responses to Covid-19 in Europe and the USA (DECIPHER)".
