King'ang'i, Christine Wendo

Christine Wendo King'ang'i graduated from Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya, with a bachelor's degree in communication, specializing in electronic media and public relations. During her studies, she participated in an exchange program with Bethel University in Minnesota, USA. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she worked for several years as a journalist and for two additional years as a communications specialist at a nongovernmental organization. She then completed a master’s degree in Media and Communication Studies at the Technical University of Ilmenau. In her master’s thesis, she examined “Plandemics and other conspiracy theories about COVID-19” on Reddit. 

Christine supports Assistant Professor Dr. Emese Domahidi in the THInKI project, which aims to develop interdisciplinary teaching materials in the field of artificial intelligence.
