Within the framework of a research project lasting several years, the Chair of Management/Organization Group accompanies the company Lindig Fördertechnik on its way from classical management to self-organization. In his Podcast „Arbeitsphilosophen – Die Zukunft der Arbeit“ discussed Frank Eilers (Keynote Speaker & Redner) in the latest episode with Prof. Bach  and Sven Lindig  as owner and managing director the Lindig Fördertechnik on organizational change, new forms of work, their scientific accompaniment and initial findings revealed by the ongoing research project.
