Rrezon Lajçi

Rrezon Lajçi graduated from the University of Pristina, Faculty of Economics, in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics. In 2021, he obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Management, from the University of Padua in Italy.

Rrezon Lajçi worked as a research and teaching assistant at both the University of Pristina and the University of Padua, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management and organizational behavior.

In March 2023 Rrezon Lajçi joined the Management/Organization Group at TU Ilmenau as a research and teaching assistant. Since summer semester 2024 he holds the responsibility for teaching the Master’s module ‘Motivation and Leadership’. In addition, he supports teaching in the module ‘Organisation and Corporate Governance’ and regularly offers graduate research seminars on current research topics and new research methods.

The main focus of Rrezon Lajçi’s research is intrapreneurship at the individual level. He has published successfully on this topic and also completed his publication-based PhD in March 2026.

Research interests: intrapreneurship, proactivity in the workplace and work attitudes
