Rrezon Lajçi

Rrezon Lajçi graduated from the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Economics, in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics. In 2021, he earned his Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management, from the University of Padova in Italy. Rrezon served as research and teaching assistant at both University of Prishtina and University of Padova, teaching Bachelor and Master’s courses on Management and Organizational Behavior.

In 2026, Rrezon Lajçi completed his cummulative PhD under supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr. habil. Norbert Bach on the topic of individual-level intrapreneurship. Since March 2023, he been supporting the Management/Organisation group as a research and teaching assistant. 

Research interests: Intrapreneurship, proactivity at work, and work attitudes.
