Please inform yourself about the current behavioural recommendations and obligations of the Free State of Thuringia before planning your event.
To help you plan your event, you will find an overview of the lecture halls and seminar rooms that are managed in the teaching room pool. Please make your selection and then check the availability of the desired rooms in the Open Timetable.
In addition, other rooms are available within the TU Ilmenau, which are not managed via the teaching room pool. You can find an overview here. Please send your requests directly to the indicated contacts.
After completion of the course or exam planning in the respective semester, rooms of the teaching room pool are available, e.g. for meetings of learning groups, study-related/academic events, etc., if resources are available.
It is possible for internal and external organizers to hold events within the scope of our university's legal mandate, e.g. research, teaching, studies, continuing education, culture. Events are reviewed and approved by the President's Office.

Form for the use of the conference management software Converia
The forms for event registration are pdf documents with special form functions. The pdf viewers integrated in the browser by default (of e.g. Firefox) do not have pdf form functionalities and give an error message. In this case, please save the form and open it with an externally installed pdf reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader).
