Pausenexpress for employees

Dear Pausenexpress participants,

The Pausenexpress will take place in attendance in the summer semester and will start 15th April 2024 and will continue during the lecture period. If you want to attend the Pausenexpress for the first time, please form or join a group in your building. Please contact us, if you want to join an existing group! Please also have a look into the booking system on the location of existing groups!

 

Note: Please always inform your superior about your participation in the Pausenexpress active break!

Pause Express short videos on Moodle

In addition to the Pausenexpress on site and the livestream, the University Sports Center offers the Pausenexpress short videos "on demand", i.e. available at any time on the Moodle platform of the TU Ilmenau.

This allows you to actively organize your daily work and study routine at any time.
