The range of activities provided by the University Sports Centre (USZ) can be used by students and members of staff of the TU Ilmenau and the Studierendenwerk Ilmenau. Students of other universities can also sign in like students of TU Ilmenau. When there are free spaces, guest are also welcome to take part in our classes.

The registration for the winter-/summer term (lecture period) can only be made online.

For registration you will have to provide your name, adress, status, matriculation no. (for students) and your e-mail-adress.

Only after filling in the registration form correctly and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you can book your space.

Providing us with your e-mail adress is not compulsory, but is helpful for the communication between the USZ and the participant.

Your registration is valid only after you have transfered the due amount of the course fee in time.

Participating in our classes is only permitted after successful enrollment and payment of the class.

The fees are listed according to your status - student/member of staff/ member of staff of the Studierendenwerk Ilmenau/ guest/alumni.

We kindly ask you to pay the due amount via bank transfer within 3 days.

Please pay attention to use the correct reference for bank transfer, which you can find on your booking confirmation.

If you have booked more than one class, please pay every class separately using the right reference.

With your e-mail adress you can sign yourself up for the waiting list for the course concerned. As soon as there is a free space, you will be informed via e-mail. From this moment on, the free spaces can be booked, however this works first come-first serve. You will be informed about free spaces during the whole term, once you signed up for the waiting list.

We are sorry, booked courses cannot be canceled and therefore there is no refund.

In this case, the space will be reallocated after the deadline for payment is over.

There is not entitlement to participating in the course, as the space will be given to others after payment deadline. There will be no refund of the belated-payed fee.

The course instructor can exclude novices from the advanced-course, when they don´t fit the requirements. A later change of course is not possible - except there are still free spaces in a novice-course in the sport concerned.

With the participants ticket you are entitled to use the Ilmotion gym. Also you have to show the ticket to the USZ staff/course instructor at request.
