Which of the listed competencies you should develop is best determined with your supervisor in the supervision agreement. In addition, you can conduct a competency analysis with the help of the Graduate Center.

We use the UniWiND competency toolbox for this purpose.

Attended courses are creditable for the Certificate Programme "Leadership in Science".
