• Digital passport photo

You need a digital passport photo for your student ID thoska.

• Student reporting procedure

Prospective students for study programs, which are to be assigned to the degree studies (Bachelor / Master), have to prove their insured status to the university according to § 199a SGB V Sentence 2 by participating in the electronic reporting procedure until they have reached the age of 30 years.

• Language certificate

A language-related conditional admission allows enrolment as a student in a degree program (Bachelor / Master) after you have sent your language certificate language level C1 CEFR by mail to the Registration Office.

•   Data control sheet

The control sheet contains an overview of the data you entered when enroling in the applicant portal.

• Provisional enrolment

The provisional enrolment confirmation is a document intended especially for applicants from abroad to assist them in applying for a visa for the purpose of study.

• Enrolment certificate

The certificate to be issued each semester by the University confirms your enrolment at the University in that semester.

• Student ID thoska

As a first-year student, you can receive your thoska student ID card at the ASC during the consultation hours of the Student Office.
