The current student ID thoska in connection with a valid photo ID is valid as semester ticket.
The semester ticket is not transferable and additional persons are not permitted. Non-use of the semester ticket does not entitle the holder to a refund. Unauthorized changes to the imprint or the data in the chip of the thoska will render the student ID card invalid as a ticket. Students will then be treated as passengers without a valid ticket.
If you present the thoska student ID as a semester ticket, please check beforehand that the imprint of the validity is still clearly legible and has not expired. Otherwise, you will be considered a passenger without a valid ticket and will be required to pay EUR 60.
Therefore, please update the validity imprint of your student ID card at the validation terminals on campus in time. In case of poor legibility, please have your thoska student ID card checked at the IT Service Desk of the UniRZ and apply for a replacement card there if necessary.
