Papers from the Management/Organization Group at the 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM)

Two papers from the Management/Organization Group accepted in the Organizational Behavior division of AOM

The 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM) will be held this year in Chicago. With more than 10,000 participants, this meeting is the largest and most important conference in the field of management worldwide.

Two Ilmenau full-paper submissions were accepted as conference papers after double-blind review by three reviewers each:

  • The Role of Personal Resources on Managers’ Innovative Work Behavior (Rrezon Lajçi and Norbert Bach)
  • Workplace Belongingness and Management Support as Prerequisites for Innovative Work Behavior (Gentrit Berisha & Drin Govori from University of Prishtina/Kosovo and Rrezon Lajçi)

We congratulate the successful authors and look forward to the further development of their research contributions!

Research

Complex scientific questions and problems can often not be solved from the perspective of a single science alone. Interdisciplinarity, i.e. interdisciplinary cooperation, is therefore of great importance. Both inter-department cooperation at the TU Ilmenau and beyond its borders bundle competences and are an indispensable part of research at the IfMK.
