Prof. Döring publishes in the Handbook of Digital Everyday Worlds
Springer

The use of digital media in everyday life includes sexuality-related internet use, which in turn plays an important role in the identities of those involved. Prof. Döring from the Media Psychology and Media Design group at Technische Universität Ilmenau contributes an overview chapter on this topic to the second edition of the Handbook of Social Practices and Digital Everyday Worlds.

Research

Complex scientific questions and problems can often not be solved from the perspective of a single science alone. Interdisciplinarity, i.e. interdisciplinary cooperation, is therefore of great importance. Both inter-department cooperation at the TU Ilmenau and beyond its borders bundle competences and are an indispensable part of research at the IfMK.
