Julian Windscheid, M.A.

Julian Windscheid M.A. is an external PhD student at the Media and Communication Management Group. After his studies at the OTH Amberg-Weiden (B.Eng., Media Technology and Production) and the University of Passau (M.A., Media and Communication) he worked as a research assistant at the University of Passau. From 2016 to 2019 he worked as an academic staff member at the Media and Communication Management Group, where he especially worked on the projects QualiTeach and AUZUKA. His focus is on digitization, future technologies and technology-driven development of empirical research methodology.

   

Dipl.-Medienwiss. Dennis Brüntje

Dennis is digital business consultant with expertise in strategic communication, crowdfunding and business development and CEO at Mobile Retter e.V. As head of the Scientific Work Groups on crowdfunding at the European Crowdfunding Network and the German Crowdfunding Network he connects crowdfunding researchers all over Europe.

As co-founder of the local start-up initiative auftakt. Das Gründerforum Ilmenau since 2010 he has supported several founders on their journey to independence and in the business development of their start-ups. His expertise is the result of many years as research assistant at the Technische Universität Ilmenau with applied research and teaching, consulting, start-up support, networking and cooperation work as well as the co-establishment of the venture capital company Brandenburg Ventures. In his Ph.D. thesis he focuses on intermediation by platforms in equity-based crowdfunding.


Dipl. Film and television economist Claudia Wolf

Claudia Wolf studied film and television production at the HFF "Konrad Wolf" (now Film University) in Potsdam-Babelsberg. After founding her own film production company and establishing several media networks, she now heads one of the largest R&D projects in the field of media technologies in Germany. In her dissertation she is investigating metadata in the field of tension between technology and economy in the media sector.


Jasmin Ebert M.A.

Jasmin Ebert is an external doctoral student in the research group of Media and Communication Management at Ilmenau University of Technology since April 2022. She is a research assistant at the Center for Advanced E-Business Studies (CAEBUS) at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden since January 2021. Previously, she completed a Bachelor's degree in "Media and Information" at HAW Hamburg. This was followed by a Master's degree in "Media and Design Management" at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden. After her studies, she worked at EDAG Engineering GmbH in Wolfsburg, where she was particularly involved in digitalisation projects in the area of automotive aftersales. In the context of her dissertation, she is now working on user preferences of private customers for innovative (5G) offers in the German mobile communications market. Her research interests lie in the areas of e-business, media economics, telecommunications and mobile media.
