The German language book “Grundlagen der Informationswissenschaft” (Fundamentals of Information Science), edited by Rainer Kuhlen et al., is a standard work, which has meanwhile been published in its 7th edition. The Group Media Psychology and Media Design at TU Ilmenau contributed – as in previous editions – a chapter on the theory and research status of computer mediated communication.
