Within the framework of the action-oriented Change Management Training, participants learn to develop and make change-related decisions in a team and to successfully master situations of corporate change
Long description
In the course of the action-oriented change management training, which combines participant-centered interventions with a computer-based management simulation, the participants go through a typical change process as change agent teams. Over several phases of the change, self-determined intervention strategies are to be implemented in order to successfully complete the restructuring of a fictitious company. As Change Agent Teams, the participants support a department head as part of a restructuring project based on individual personality profiles of their employees. In doing so, they have to consider factual and personal aspects of the change, such as change model phases and tasks, personality types, characteristics and relationships, as well as possibilities and limitations of change-related analysis instruments and the type and effect of change-related intervention measures.
