General information about the meeting of the Student Council EI

During the lecture period of the winter semester 2023/24 the meetings of the Student Council EI will take place in room announced at the office door of the Student Council EI (Kirchhoffbau K 2075) or via WebEx on Tuesdays at 7 p.m..

You do not need any previous knowledge for the committee work - what is important is the fun of cooperation and exciting actions.

We are looking forward to seeing you!

Session structure

Our meetings are always structured identically. We keep minutes for each meeting to ensure complete traceability of our activities.

If you have topics that you would like to bring to the Student Council, come directly to the first agenda item of the meeting: Guest Cases section, where we will address your concerns. If the topics should be discussed at our next meeting, please send us your requests by mail (fachschaftsrat-ei@tu-ilmenau.de) until Monday before the meeting at 3 pm. This will give us enough time to prepare for your concerns.

After this point we will discuss finances, public relations and excursions. If you have ideas for these items, you are welcome to share them with us.
