The Advanced Laboratory Course provides students with the fundamental physical and technical knowledge required for practice-oriented work. In this course, students tackle experimental tasks using modern measurement methods in the laboratories of the Institute of Physics’ various research areas. The goal is to provide research-oriented training, deepen students’ specialized knowledge of physics, and expand their experimental skills and abilities. To ensure the necessary breadth of subject matter and methodology, students must complete tasks from the experimental offerings of at least three different departments. In addition, selected experimental offerings from the Institutes of Materials Science and Solid State Physics are recommended.
