The Graduate Center offers events for the interdisciplinary qualification of doctoral students. It networks and promotes scientific exchange. For this purpose, it works closely with other actors at TU Ilmenau, such as the International Office, the support network we4you, the Research Service and Technology Transfer (FuT) unit, the Central Institute for Education, the Equality, Diversity and Health unit, the library and the PATON | Landespatentzentrum Thüringen. The offers are specially designed to meet the needs and requirements of doctoral students at the TU Ilmenau.

If you would like to do your doctorate at the TU Ilmenau, you need a supervising university lecturer. For this purpose, please contact the managing lecturers of the faculties or the department heads directly.
