Our everyday life is significantly accompanied by modern technologies. We use our smartphone to write messages, take photos or surf the Internet. It has to be comfortable to hold, have a long battery life, but not cost too much at the same time.

Business administrators with technical know-how ensure that companies are able to optimize development and production processes in a cost- and customer-oriented manner. With their interface function between classical business administration and engineering know-how, they are specialists in great demand. On the one hand, they understand technical interrelationships and, on the other hand, they always take into account the economic efficiency of goods.

In the Business Administration with Technical Orientation program, you will complete a full business degree with a specialization in engineering. You will be trained in the basics of business management and accounting, be able to evaluate a company and market products. You know how to control digital ERP management systems and are able to control processes in the company in a cost-optimized and sustainable manner.

In the technical and scientific part of your studies, you will become familiar with industrial production. You will learn about different production processes and understand which materials are used to manufacture different products. You will be able to judge how functionality, quality and price of a product interact.

As a graduate:in business administration with a technical orientation, you are qualified to lead a company as CEO or CFO, to optimize processes and products in close cooperation with the research and development department, or to market them as a marketing manager.
