On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, our University Campus Fest in cooperation with ISWI 2025 will start at 1:00 pm and we cordially invite you all to join us. In addition to a colorful supporting program of music, exciting hands-on activities and information stands, there will also be plenty to eat and drink thanks to student initiatives.
In addition, the University Sports Center and the University Health Management of the Department of Equality, Diversity and Health have come up with a very special event: Beat the Boss - Campus Edition. At 13 fun and activity stations, we as the university management are setting best marks that need to be beaten!
A prize will be awarded for the best result at each station. But you can win even if you don't want to compete - if you complete more than half of the stations, you can win a prize regardless of your performance. So it's definitely worth taking part and trying it out - have fun!!!
We are looking forward to an afternoon together in hopefully glorious summer weather on the Ehrenbergwiese and the terrace of the campus sports hall.
Therefore, no lectures and courses should take place after 13:00.
The following applies to our employees: it is a company event. Participation in the event therefore counts as working time. Employees who take part in the technical time recording and leave their workplace to attend the event therefore do not have to make a booking at the time recording terminals. As usual, a booking at the end of the working time is only required after leaving the event or when returning to the workplace after the end of the working time.
